We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we accept returns on most unopened items with original tags and a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt within 30 days of purchase. If you do not have your reciept/email confirmation, you will be issued a store credit in lieu of a refund.
Perishable goods, such as raw or frozen foods cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns for Gift Cards. We are unable to take back returns for the following items if they have been opened - treats, bones and chews, food and supplements.
We stand behind all of our products and believe that you should be satisfied with everything you purchase. If you are ever not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make things right.
We do understand that occasionally, you will be unhappy with products that have been opened. We would need you to email us at email@example.com for consideration. These returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.
